What we do
Our team provides clients with management to assist in the delivery of their specialist stone package. We can help with any stage of the process from pre-construction, site surveys and procurement to delivery and handover or we can manage the entire process. We can work for the client direct or for the supply chain, whether that be the principal contractor or the stone sub-contractor.
We have expertise in the pre-construction set up, on-site management, general oversight of a project from start to finish, contractor vetting, dispute resolution (should you be unfortunate enough to need us for this), aftercare and maintenance.

Anti-slip floor testing
Slips and trips are the most common cause of injury at work. On average, they cause over a third of all major injuries and over 40% of all reported injuries to members of the public. HSE statistics suggest that most of these accidents are slips, most of which happen when floor surfaces are contaminated.
Carried out in-house and recognised by the Health and Safety Executive, the pendulum slip testing (BS7976) is recognised as a reliable and robust floor test. The test provides accurate analysis on the slip potential of all types of flooring. This slip testing can be used to portray barefoot and, or shod foot (shoes) and is completed in both wet and dry conditions.
Stone testing
Through our partners, we assist clients evaluate the suitability of material for its intended use. Testing material early on ensures the best possible outcome of the materials performance.
Examples of tests undertaken through our partners include density, porosity, water absorption, compressive and flexural strength, frost resistance and breaking load.
Specification support
Speak to us to discuss your stone, terrazzo, artificial stone or tiling project. We can advise on material suitability, surface finish, adhesives and grouts, de-coupling membranes, waterproofing, trims and expansion joints etc.
There are many considerations and lots of options which we are more than happy to talk through and advise on.
Stone repair and cleaning surveys
Facades, external paving or internal stonework, we can visit the site and undertake a full comprehensive survey of repairs and make recommendations on the best suited method of cleaning. Buildings have been ruined in the past through incorrect repair and overly abrasive cleaning methods.
